A question I get asked a lot by business owners is whether the internet is ‘dead’ for their type of business. Often this question arises because the small business owner has set up a website and waited for the flood of new business to arrive but it never comes!
Another common thing I hear from business owners is that they have a sneaking (or not so sneaking) suspicion that their marketing doesn’t work very well. So that begs the question ”Does marketing just not work in my town/industry?”
